Learn the safe emergency administration of Oxygen and Entonox.

Oxygen and Entonox (nitrous oxide) are commonly used in the management of trauma and should only be administered by appropriately trained and skilled personnel. We will give you the training to safely use these medical gases.

Clubs are increasingly requesting more advanced first aid skills and familiarisation with medical equipment from support staff.  This course is ideal for both medical staff and non-medical professionals working in the world of sport and/or exercise or acting as first responders.

Our courses are practical and interactive with a professional and enjoyable delivery; this course is recommended for anybody working alongside medical staff at a club or developing basic first aid skills further.

The administration of oxygen and Entonox is also included in First Aid for Sport and Exercise level 2. Gas cylinders and gas delivery equipment can be purchased from medical companies or hired from companies such as British Oxygen. Further details will be provided during the course.
