Conditions

To book a place on a course, you will need to complete a booking form and agree to the following terms and conditions. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of the full course fee.

Course Fees

Course fees can be paid by the following methods:

Via our website: www.lubasmedical.com (credit/debit card)
By telephone: 02921 304 101 (credit/debit card)
By BACS transfer (contact us for account details)
By cheque made payable to the following address: Lubas Medical Ltd, Pinewood Studio Wales, Wentloog Avenue, Rumney, Cardiff, CF3 2GH.

PLEASE NOTE – We do not accept course fees being paid in instalments

Lubas Medical Ltd reserves the right to withhold course certification until full course fees are received. This includes any admin fees incurred.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation in writing received more than 30 days from the course date
Full refund or transfer to another course within 1 year of the cancelled course
Cancellation received in writing 14 – 29 days from the course date
Refund of 50% of course fee
Cancellation received up to 13 days from the course date
No refund of course fee

Transfer of course Policy

Request in writing to transfer to another course received more than 30 days from the course date (No Fee).
Request in writing to transfer to another course received up to 29 days from the course date (£20 Admin fee).
We reserve the right to refuse an application should we consider the course to be unsuitable for a particular individual.

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances and cannot be held liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation of any course.

Course participants are individually responsible for:

Informing Lubas Medical Ltd, of any specific allergies or dietary requirements, prior to attending the course.

Ensuring that they are physically fit to undertake all practical elements of the course.

Their own insurance for medical cover, accidents, loss of belongings and any other risk while attending the course. Lubas Medical Ltd cannot be held liable for any of these risks.

Complaints

We aim to provide you with the best possible service.

If you are dissatisfied with Lubas Medical or if there is anything you feel we should have done but failed to do so, please tell us.

We aim to investigate effectively and fairly, any complaint we receive. We will do our best to put right any mistakes we find and we will always tell you the results of our investigation.

How to make a complaint 

If you have a complaint, please make it in the following way:

  • Discuss the matter with your tutor directly, if you feel you can do so. This can be in person, on the day, by telephone or e-mail. It is always better to attempt to resolve matters informally if at all possible.
  • If you are not happy with the outcome, please complete a complaint form.

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 10 working days. We may contact you to agree how to proceed.
  • If necessary, your complaint will be discussed at a meeting held between all relevant staff to see how the matter can be resolved.
  • We will then write to you with details of our response to your complaint.
