We have had the pleasure of working with some fantastic charities and organisations both locally and nationally. Through this support, we have also made, and continue to build, long-standing friendships from small fundraisers through to national events.
Our Managing Director, Paul Lubas, is a founder and current board member of Bobath Wales, a local charity that is very close to our hearts at Lubas.

We took great pride and pleasure in creating & providing short “first aid for all” courses for siblings of children that visit Bobath. This led us to develop training for local Welsh primary schools as part of the British Heart Foundation’s ‘Restart a Heart Day’.
Paul was also privileged to have given his time to the 2016 and 2018 ‘Dallaglio Cycle Slam’ as the Paramedic for the 3-week charity event. An incredibly challenging event that raises money for ‘Dallaglio RugbyWorks’.

Our office staff love to show support for national charity events and fundraisers such as the ‘Macmillan Coffee Morning”, “Comic Relief” and Save the Children’s “Christmas Jumper Day”.
Working with Lubas
We love helping develop the workers of tomorrow. We meet a huge number of students and young people within sport and medicine. This gives us opportunities to offer shadowing, work and experience to students and attendees from our range of courses.

We utilise Welsh Government schemes & have offered various work experience and apprenticeships to give young people a chance to work. We’re very proud of the attitude and commitment our staff show in assisting the young people we meet to reach their potential.
